Getting Ready for Your Service

Once your appointment is confirmed, here are a few ways to help us deliver our best work:

  • Please tidy up personal items (clothes, dishes, toys, etc.) so we can focus on cleaning. If you have any fragile/sentimental items or any allergies that we your cleaner should be aware of, please let us know.

  • If it’s an exterior service, make sure we’ll have access to water spigots and outlets and clear/trim any plants which would prevent us from cleaning any exterior surface you would like cleaned.

  • For interior cleaning, please secure pets and note any special instructions or areas to avoid.

  • No need to supply anything — we bring all our professional tools and cleaning products!
